As a 6-time national representative athlete, a certified performance nutrition coach, and a certified personal trainer, I’ve helped nearly 100 clients transform their bodies and overall health within the confines of their time constraints.
I’ve helped them lose body fat, transform their sleep quality, improve important biometrics like blood pressure and cholesterol, and improve their strength, stamina, and flexibility.
With an MSc and BSc degree under my belt, I have a strong background in research, and my entire approach is science-backed.

This call will help me understand your individual goals and unique situation. Without this, you'll be left with yet another cookie cutter style program that will become a short term fix for a long term problem.
Most importantly, this conversation will let us know if I am the right fit for your goals, and you will have the confidence that my program is something that you would enjoy and see yourself doing long term.
